Jumbo Toilet Paper Machine (EnMotion Towel Machine) with Edge Embossing and Lamination can produce all industrial and household products. It is possible to produce toilet paper, maxi jumbo toilet paper, mini jumbo toilet paper, enmotion towel and pull paper towel products, and toilet paper and paper towel products with edge embossing feature. The machine can produce up to 420 mm diameter. This machine has pneumatic edge embossing as well as lamination feature. It is possible to set different configurations on the machine to produce products in the direction of the different market demands.

1. Roll winding by air shaft, which can make the paper tube fix to the air shaft tightly, while the roll tissue, after slitting and rewinding, will be easier to be separated.
2. Unwind stand: Paper unwinding drive by belt, pneumatic loading system, with separate tension control for each paper roll.
3. *Edge embossing: With special pneumatic embossing bearing and hard Anvil roller, it can emboss 2 lines at both edge of toilet roll, so that it can prevent the different layers of toilet roll without embossing or with double embossing from scattering, and the toilet rolls will look more beautiful.
4. Tail cutting and sealing: The synchronized finished of tail-cutting gluing and sealing can reduce the consumption of paper. The working efficiency and the paper grade can be greatly increased as a result. With paper ending left, it is convenient to use.

This toilet rewinding machine is to perforate and cut the raw paper into various sizes according to the requested. The finished product is neat,in good order and with equality tension. This equipment can process raw paper of 1575mm,1800mm,2000mm,2200mm,2800mm,3500mm in width. There are two types of this model:one is ordinary type, it used one embossed unit for 2 ply paper, and the other is dot-by-dot type, it used embossed units respectally for each one.
This machine is consist of stand of raw material, paper conveying unit, embossing unit, perforating unit, rolling unit,electricity control and cutting system. The production process is : unreeling -→ embossing -→perforating-→furl-→slitting.
