About the machine
D-type hydraulic pulper is designed on the basis of existing
traditional pulper with reference to foreign advanced technology.
Its main characteristics are: the vox rotor deviates from the
center position, which makes the contact between the paper and the
rotor faster and the frequency higher. The traditional hydraulic
pulper produces a kind of unimpeded swirling flow, and the paper
material moves to the central rotor according to the spiral path
from the place where it is added. The D-type hydraulic pulper has
changed this flow mode, making the paper material contact with the
rotor more quickly, which can shorten the time from the paper
material adding to the shredding treatment, and improve the
production capacity without increasing the power and volume.
